We have recently added a new Wenzinista (designer) to the Wenz Team! We are so excited to have her on board. Laura is kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, and genuine – she fits right in at Wenz!
Laura graduated from Fox Valley Tech with a degree in Interior Design, earning her certificate in Commercial Interior Design in 2007. She’s been working at Wenz as a designer for about two months now, and clients and team members alike are thrilled to work with her!
Customers enjoy working with Laura because she takes the time to truly understand their specific needs in order to help them achieve the goals they have for their home. She is very kind and warm, which makes it easy to be comfortable with her! Her ultimate goal is to make your experience at Wenz as enjoyable and worry-free as possible.
One of Laura’s passions is reinvigorating existing spaces by adding new pieces and accessories to create a whole new look. She’s inspired by fresh styles and trends in furniture and décor, and she enjoys incorporating them into the beautiful designs she helps create. When asked about what she loves about being a designer, she said “being able to use my creativity on a daily basis and help people find ways to make their home beautiful and unique to them.”
Along with her passion for the work, Laura also enjoys her new work environment! She says she enjoys working at Wenz because she feels that she is surrounded by people who are “fun, friendly, unique, and genuinely care about each and every person who walks through the door.” She feels that this positive energy creates an enjoyable and engaging work environment, and it allows everyone at Wenz to work well together as a team.
Laura also enjoys a positive lifestyle outside of work, spending time with her husband and one-year-old daughter, crafting, and attending a neighborhood book club.
We feel that Laura’s expertise, attitude, and energy all make her an excellent fit for the Wenz Team. We are all so excited to have her on board at Wenz, and we can’t wait to see how she thrives and grows with us as our newest “Wenzinista”!
