Delivery

We do our absolute best to offer you a worry-free experience, and this includes a smooth delivery process. We are flexible when it comes to dates that your furniture can be delivered, careful to deliver your furniture undamaged, and will always provide friendly and efficient service.
To make sure your furniture is undamaged and as beautiful as it was in-store, our delivery team will inspect it for scuffs, tears, and any other damage upon delivery. We will take exceptional care with your furniture, but if anything should become damaged during delivery, we won’t wait to remedy the situation!
Repairs

If you have anything prematurely go wrong with your furniture (damage upon delivery or manufacturer defect), we want to offer you 100 percent of our support!
There’s nothing more frustrating than issues like this not getting fixed quickly and conveniently. At Wenz, we will always make it right! We feel that if you pay for beautiful, quality furniture, you should have the reassurance that you will be able to receive support from us and continue to enjoy your furniture for years to come. We offer a two-year complimentary warranty free with your purchase for just this reason.
We also offer the option to purchase our Platinum 5-year warranty! Under this warranty, you will be offered additional support if your furniture incurs any accidental damage. That’s right; if you accidentally spill some wine on your new sofa, you’ll be covered! Almost all damage aside from damage caused by pets is covered, so you can enjoy your furniture worry-free.
