Why do we have markdowns?
Items at Wenz are often marked down when they have been returned, have minor damage, or it’s time to make room for new pieces on our floor. We are always looking for new and exciting pieces that our customers will love, and moving our older inventory ensures that we will have room for them!
It is very important to us that our customers get a good variety of styles to choose from, as well as exposure to some of the newer trends in the market.
Selecting New Pieces
Our selection process for new items at Wenz is labor intensive. Desiree, one of our designers at Wenz, hand selects new furnishings for our showroom, picking out the styles, colors, fabrics, and features of the items that will be displayed on our floor.
Desiree says that her process involves considering what pieces would best fit into our store, interest our customers, and most importantly, provide the most value.
We take our time picking out the right pieces, using our knowledge of furnishings, design, current trends, and the demands of our customers.
Current Markdowns
When it’s time to mark down some of our older inventory, you can find pieces marked down up to 80%! This creates very exciting opportunities for you to get quality furniture at an even better value.
