We never want you to purchase something that you won’t be 100 percent satisfied with; that’s why our knowledgeable designers make sure to talk with you about your home and lifestyle to find out what options would best suit your needs! We then make sure to provide you with all of the information you need to make an informed decision.

Waiting for your furniture to arrive

We know you’re excited to get your furniture home, so we make sure to keep you updated on your order’s status every step of the way.

We will send you an email, call, or text (whichever you prefer) about the status of your furniture when it’s being prepped for delivery, when we are on our way, if any roadblocks occur that will postpone delivery, and in regards to any repairs your furniture needs after it’s brought home.

When you are anxiously awaiting the arrival of your beautiful new furniture, the last thing you want is to be left guessing! 

Honesty is at the core of our communication

Honesty is at the top of our list of values we stand by. If we feel that a certain product wouldn’t be the right fit for you, something isn’t right with your order, we need to reschedule delivery, etc, we’ll be open and honest about it!

We won’t avoid your call, not address a problem, or make something up that isn’t true. Being open and honest with our customers and offering consistent communication shows our commitment to you as a member of the Wenz family.  It shows that we are willing to provide you service after the sale and that we care enough to keep you in the loop!

We’ll keep you informed about our products, updated on your furniture’s status, and made aware of any changes when it comes to dates and times, along with any other information that would be helpful to you when it comes to your new furniture!
